Rethinking Learning
For decades, traditional schooling has prioritised standardised testing, rigid curricula, and the transmission of academic content. However, as societies evolve and workplaces demand new competencies, a global shift is emerging—one that places greater emphasis on skills-based learning, student agency, and lifelong adaptability.
The Shift
The future of education is not solely about what students learn, but how they learn. Emerging models prioritise personalised learning, student-centred approaches, and flexible pathways. Technologies such as AI, VR, and adaptive platforms are enabling tailored instruction and immersive experiences (Gomez, 2024; UNESCO, 2025).
My Project
As a lifelong learner, I am committed to evolving my mindset and learning habits to meet the demands of a changing world. I aim to cultivate a flexible and reflective learning style, embracing curiosity and self-direction.
